KAdEShop
The KAdEShop is located between the entrance hall and the KAdE Café. Customers can visit it without necessarily paying admission to the Kunsthal. Its open, transparent design is by Studio Makkink & Bey.
The shop carries a selection of art books from publishers like Phaidon and Hatje Cantz, including a particularly extensive section on modern and contemporary art, architecture and design, plus publications from the Centrum Beeldende Kunst Utrecht and monthly magazine <H>ART. Catalogues and cards relating to Kunsthal KAdE’s own exhibitions are also on sale.
In addition to books, the shop stocks a wide range of design articles. This already includes labels like Royal VKB, Goods, YKSI, Mobach, Artechnica, Droog and Lexon and the work of designers like Tord Boontje, Richard Hutten, Henk Stallinga, Marcel Wanders and Jurgen Bey but will be further expanded as time goes on.
KAdE’s own catalogues and other publications by exhibiting artists like Marcel van Eeden, Dolph Kessler (book presentation November, 2009), Bob Negryn (book presentation December, 2009), and Moritz Ebinger (mural on show in the KAdECafé).

KAdE and KAdE Shop gift vouchers
10 and 20 Euro gift vouchers are now available from Kunsthal KAdE. Recipients can use them either to pay for admission to KAdE or to select their own gift from the KAdE Shop.
