Brick tour tour Amersfoort Guides

Our daily lives are surrounded by it, you can find it in almost all buildings and all streets: brick. But do we really see them?
During this walk we will draw your attention to unusual brick structures in downtown Amersfoort.

The tour is organized in cooperation with architecture center FASadE and the Amersfoort Guides and is part of the program around the exhibition BAKSTEEN / BRICK at Kunsthal KAdE and the Elleboogkerk: an ode to the building material, with work by more than fifty artists, architects and designers from home and abroad. In addition, a number of brick follies are temporarily being built in the city, which we will also visit during the tour.
