Yoga for families (SOLD OUT)

KAdE is closed until January 30, 2026, due to the construction of the new exhibition Stairway to..?

Did you know that yoga is good for developing your mind and body? Together with Yogastudio Bindi, Kunsthal KAdE is organizing a yoga workshop for families in the exhibition Sleep! Between works of art, you will get to work with all kinds of yoga postures, breathing exercises and more exercises that are also great to repeat at home before bedtime. The workshop is suitable for parents with children ages 4-8. Grandparents with grandchildren, uncles, aunts or caregivers are also welcome!
