Magical World Workshop

Step into a dreamlike world full of fantastical landscapes. During this workshop by the KNIPmeisjes for Kunsthal KAdE, you’ll be inspired by the magical, layered worlds of artist Lorenzato.

Using paper, scissors, and your hands—which might get a little messy—you’ll build your own “almost-not-quite-real” landscape, layer by layer. By playing with the foreground, middle ground, and background, you’ll create an image full of depth, atmosphere, and imagination. Then you’ll make your world even more wondrous with small, magical details and surprising accents.
