Workshop at the exhibition Tell Me Your Story
In this workshop for adults, we explore the visual language of African-American artists. What do their artworks tell us? What stories, themes, elements, do we recognize? What meaning or emotion do we experience when we let this art affect us? Does the artist's perspective touch the viewer's perspective?
The workshop will be taught by writer and storytelling expert Edith de Wit, author of the book In the heroine's footsteps.
