Yoga among the works of art (VOL)

Did you know that it is claimed that half an hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to three hours of regular sleep? Attend the workshop and judge for yourself! 

Especially for the exhibition Sleep! Kunsthal KAdE and yoga studio Bindi are joining forces. On September 20, you can join a yoga Nidra class between the works of art.  

Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. Your body sleeps, but your mind remains clear, awake. We are generally unaware of our relaxation. When we sleep, we are momentarily "gone. And when we want to relax, we are doing something that gives us the feeling of relaxation, such as drinking a cup of tea, reading a book, watching television, listening to music, and so on. But these are all (sensory) distractions. Instead, for absolute relaxation, you need to remain conscious. And that's what you do with Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep.
