You can print your ticket or have it scanned on smartphone or tablet at the info desk of the art hall. The ticket is only valid on the chosen date and cannot be exchanged for another date.

NOTE: In general for discount e-tickets (under 18, students, Museum Card, ICOM/AICA/Pers, Friend KAdE), showing proof at the box office is mandatory. In addition, the Museum Card is also always scanned at the box office.
