The Vanvitelli Trio performs for you a concert with music by contemporaries of the Amersfoort painter Caspar van Wittel (1652/3 - 1736) from the time he stayed in Rome. Caspar van Wittel became world famous there under the name Gaspare Vanvitelli. He began his career painting set pieces for operas by Bononcini. He will therefore not be missing from the program.
Program:

- Giovanni Battista Bononcini (1670-1747), Divertimento da camera
- Unico Wilhelm van Wassenaer (1692-1766), Sonata
- Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741), Sonata
The Vanvitelli Trio consists of:
Eleonore Pameijer - flute, "one of Europ's pre-eminent flutists"
Frank Pameijer - cello
Krijn Koetsveld - harpsichord "musical jack-of-all-trades"
The Vanvitelli Trio first performed in 2013, at the Biblioteca Nazionale in Rome at the invitation of the Dutch Embassy on the occasion of a major retrospective exhibition of works by Van Wittel. All three members of the trio are renowned musicians, also internationally. This concert is organized on the occasion of the unique exhibition of the painter's work, from January 26, 2019 to May 5, 2019 at Kunsthal KadE in Amersfoort.
