College: famous like ... Caspar van Wittel?
Caspar van Wittel wanted very much to become a painter and after learning the trade from a master, traveled to Italy to see the art there. He decided to stay in Rome because he became very famous there by painting his favorite subject: the city. During this workshop you will explore with art historian Miriam Kolk how an ordinary Amersfoort boy became so famous and you will also get to work yourself!
