Night at the Eemhuis

On Saturday, February 14, 2026, the iconic Eemhuis will open its doors after closing time for a night full of love, fun, and daring. One evening. One building. Endless vibes. After the success of 2024, Night at the Eemhuis is back! The Eemhuis will be transformed into a vibrant festival with music, dance, games, workshops, and creativity on every floor. Whether you come with your friends, on a date, or just feel like a special night out, here you will experience Valentine's Day like nowhere else.

‘I do’ at the Eemhuis

Forget Las Vegas: Amersfoort has the Eemhuis. During Night at the Eemhuis, you can officially get married with a real BABS (Special Civil Registrar) present. For anyone who is seriously considering tying the knot. You need to register in advance to allow time for preparations. Seize the opportunity! You only get to experience this once! Not just for lovebirds

Valentine's Day = love, but Night at the Eemhuis is for everyone. Bring your friends, meet new people, or just go exploring on your own. Whether you want to celebrate love or just have an unforgettable night, it's up to you. And who knows, maybe you'll find love.

Access & activities

During the festival, there are lots of activities that you can drop in on and participate in throughout the evening. For other activities, you will receive a token that you can use to register immediately. At 9 p.m., we will open a second round for those who want to try something extra. You will not need a token for this. Full = full.

Organization

Night at the Eemhuis is organized by the Eemland Library, Kunsthal KAdE, and Scholen in de Kunst. City Marketing Amersfoort will be present on the evening itself with a fun tasting!
