Children's yoga on room

On Sunday, Jan. 6, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Kyra Blankenstein of Kinderyoga de Beleving will teach a special yoga class for children ages 6-10 as part of the final day of the exhibition "A Balancing Act. Kyra will take children along with their stuffed animals on an adventure. In children's yoga, children are introduced to yoga postures, meditation and breathing exercises in a playful and creative way. Every class is an experience and above all a party. 

The theme of the class is centered around the exhibition. By doing balance exercises you will find out how to stand firmly and experience the balance between exertion and relaxation. The stuffed animals also participate, they can help you experience balance in a different way!
