Experience during the exhibition One Way Ticket to Mars Together with a museum docent, explore the different sides of the journey to and stay on Mars. During the tour, you will look at and talk about the artworks through short assignments. Why do people actually want to go to Mars and is it life or 'survival' on this planet? Come and find out at Kunsthal KAdE!

Tour full: family travel guide

Is the tour full? Not to worry! Visit the exhibition independently with your child using the family travel guide that you can pick up for free at the information desk. Filled with fun assignments and crafty questions, the travel guide makes the exhibition accessible to the youngest visitors.

Children's Book Festival

As in previous years, the Eemland Library will close Children's Book Week with the Children's Book Festival! The festival will take place at the Eemhuis on Sunday afternoon, October 13, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. The theme of Children's Book Week 2019 is Travel along. The focus is not the destination but the transportation there. The Children's Book Festival is for children between the ages of 4 and 12. Children and their parents purchase a wristband (€7.50 euros per person) and can use it to participate in all activities throughout the afternoon. At Kunsthal KAdE we organize a children's tour and a family tour.
