Have you ever walked through a museum and fantasized about what it's like to work among the works of art and historical objects? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves or getting people excited about your favorite museum?

Then we are looking for you! A real MuseumKei who wants to volunteer for art and culture.

Because the Amersfoort museums cannot exist without volunteers. Thanks to the efforts of our MuseumKeien, visitors are welcomed hospitably and enjoy art and heritage.  

We asked our volunteers why they enjoy working at the museums in Amersfoort so much: satisfaction, new friendships, pleasant pastime, educational, connecting with others, doing something for society and using their knowledge and skills. These are just a few of the reasons why they enjoy working at the museums in Amersfoort.
