Come to Kunsthal KAdE during spring break

You can experience all this in the near future at Kunsthal KAdE in Amersfoort.

In the near future, you can join Kunsthal KAdE in activities appropriate to the exhibition '4 State Collections & Hans Op de Beeck. Park your parents in THE KAdECafé and join a museum docent in the children's tour 'Forbidden for parents', bring your grandparents, grandparents, siblings and parents to a Family Roundtable. Or join an inspiring writing workshop for children or adults, where you can use the works in the exhibition for inspiration.

If you are visiting Kunsthal KAdE this spring break, then after viewing the unique exhibition you can '4 National Collections & Hans Op de Beeck' also create your own artwork in the KAdEStudio. You'll find a museum depot and wonder room.

In a museum depot, works of art are stored and preserved. Because many works in the exhibition come from such a depot (the CollectieCentrum Nederland), we rebuilt a painting depot in the KAdEStudio. Here you can make your own artwork and then store it in our depot. The special thing about our depot is that everyone can visit it and thus admire your artwork.

In the exhibition you will encounter a cabinet of curiosities with special objects and the wonder rooms of artist Hans Op de Beeck. In the KAdEStudio you can give an object from your home or environment a special place in our wonder chamber. Together with other visitors you will fill this cabinet full of curiosities.

Artist Hans Op de Beeck created for the location InDeElleboog at Langegracht 36 the new experiential installation "The Silent Reflection. Over the past twenty years, Op de Beeck has created several in a wide variety of locations. Each time it involves the creation of an enigmatic place with an architectural and landscape dimension, inviting the viewer to find silence and a timeless moment of reflection and calm.

For InDeElleboog, this is a winter water landscape with a horizon. Op de Beeck: "Water not only reflects in a literal sense, but figuratively stimulates reflection, the reflective, contemplative thinking about being and the world."

What will you be doing at Kunsthal KAdE this spring break?
